All payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign will begin. Furthermore, by placing an order your advertising page MUST comply fully with the following conditions:

WebTrafficWholesale.com WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public. The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to: Sites that contain popups or sounds, certain sites that contain pornography, sexual or erotic material or adult business opportunities, Sites containing or linking to software piracy, mp3 downloads, pirating, hacking, spamming, excessive violence, obscene or vulgar language, abusive content, illegal schemes, false investment advice or deceptive money-making opportunities or ANY form of illegal activity or material, contain scripts that alter users browser settings or contain any frame breaking codes, etc.

Your URL cannot be a Redirector, Rotator, or Adserver. The URL entered must be the acutual landing page for all delivered traffic. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content or otherwise violates these Terms, WebTrafficWholesale.com will stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

We only rely on our tracking for the number of hits sent to your website. Our tracking is the most accurate because the "hit counts" are incremented at the same exact time a visitor is sent to your site. Unlike 3rd party counters, we don't have any load time to worry about. There are an enormous amount of counters with various load rates and it is impossible to accomodate each customer's counter. For example, some counters take as much as 30 seconds to count a visitor (some even more). We cannot control the behavior of the user/surfer, or force them to stay on the site a certain length of time. If they choose to 'close out' prior to your counter load, it is still considered a delivered visitor. This is how we are charged by the networks that supply traffic, which leaves no other option but to charge our customers in the same manner.

Any violation of these Terms will result in the loss of some of your traffic credits at the very least, and may possibly lead to the loss of all of your traffic credits and termination of your traffic account. In this case, you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund. All sales are final, we reserve the right to refuse an ad or stop a campaign at any time. This agreement is between you and WebTrafficWholesale.com when an order is placed. This agreement can change at any time without notice.
